Give to something new

Today there are more than 200 million students worldwide. There are countries, cities and forgotten corners of campuses, without anyone to introduce these students to Jesus. At IFES our prayer is that those students would be reached in this generation.

This year, for the first time, we are collecting a global offering on World Student Day. All the funds gathered will go to the IFES Breaking New Ground project, which aims to see 100 new student groups established in unreached cities and campuses by 2020.

Start thinking about how you can collect funds in your group as you meet together for World Student Day. Every gift is valuable, no matter how big or small.

How to give:

Fundraise on Facebook

You can create a fundraiser on Facebook to raise funds amongst your friends. Choose your own fundraising target and share it with your group. Get started at:

Give on the IFES website

Take a collection in your group and send it to IFES through the website, or share the link so individuals can give online:

Give through your national movement

If you can't give directly, you can give money to your national movement.
They can transfer funds to IFES, or you could ask them to put the money towards pioneering student ministry in your own country.

Note: If you are in the USA or Canada and require a receipt for tax purposes, you must give through the IFES website (USA) or InterVarsity Canada. We cannot give tax receipts for Facebook gifts.
